Bambu Lab P2S with AMS
Different materials for different applications
21 Bambu Lab materials on our Bambu Lab P2S with AMS. Hardened steel nozzles in several sizes: 0.2 mm for fine detail (small text and tags), 0.4 mm for everyday parts, and 0.6 mm for stronger, faster parts.
Softens is Bambu Lab's heat deflection temperature, ISO 75 at 1.8 MPa. Heat, impact and strength are Bambu Lab's 1–5 ratings. ASA-CF, ABS-GF and PPA-CF have no Bambu Lab rating.
Nozzle marks: OK, Recommended (Bambu Lab's first choice), or Not.

Larger jobs
Bigger jobs are printed in sections with alignment pegs and joined.
Circuit directories start at 4 × 6 in and are sized to the door. Directories over 10 in are printed in sections.
Finest detail
Several hotend nozzle sizes, for fine-detail parts or faster, stronger prints.
0.4 mm nozzle
About 0.5 mm lines. Crisp solid text at 0.8 mm and up.
0.2 mm nozzle
Finer lines, about 0.3 mm, for small lettering.
Standard ID tag sizes
Standard thickness is 1.6 mm (1/16 in).
A 4 × 8 in strip is 101.6 × 203.2 mm, so it fits in one piece.
